Legislative act harmonizes regulations of the Law "On the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine" with the Law "On the Principles of Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity".
According to the Law, "the acts of the National Council that are not regulatory, shall be promulgated at the official web-site of the National Council not later then after one day since their adoption and shall come into force since the day of its adoption if otherwise envisaged by the act, but not earlier than the day of promulgation".
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 3153.
